Who & When: 

Offers to play on a team will be sent after the Make-Up Tryout. 

Players will have 10 days after offers are sent to accept for Regional/American Teams.  National team offers will have 3 days to accept. 

Print and complete the following forms and memberships to bring with you to tryout registration. 

• USA Volleyball Medical Waiver: Please complete and print this form. Note the athlete signature is required and make sure to sign the second to last box and leave the last box blank.

• USA Volleyball & OVR Membership: (Minimum requirement is the Tryout Membership) We only need a copy of the membership card.

• Vantage Tryout Form & Waiver: Please complete and print this form. 

• Lindsay Law Form & Waiver: Please complete and print this form.

• OVR Waiver and Release of Liability: Please complete and print this form.

A $15 tryout fee is required for all Vantage Volleyball tryouts. Cash, check, or debit/credit will be accepted at the time of tryout. This fee is in addition to the OVR tryout registration fee.
